T&Cs for parent survey giveaways

Parents using the EasyPeasy app are regularly invited via email to complete a survey to share their feedback on the EasyPeasy programme, and the impact it has had on their engagement with their child. 10 participants who complete the specified survey each month, and who provide a valid email address which is linked to an EasyPeasy account, will be selected at random to receive a £15 Amazon Gift Card.

Terms and Conditions for the £15 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the £15 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway ("Giveaway") for participants who complete our survey. 

1.2. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3. The Giveaway is open to EasyPeasy app users only. 

1.4. To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the specified survey in full. Only one entry survey completion per email address will be valid for the Giveaway.

1.5. 10 participants who complete the specified survey each month, and who provide a valid email address which is linked to an EasyPeasy account, will be selected at random to receive a £15 Amazon Gift Card.

1.6. The winner(s) receive the Gift Card via email.

1.7. The prize is a £15 Amazon Gift Card ("Prize") and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. 

1.8. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with EasyPeasy's Privacy Policy.
